Window cleaning: frequently asked questions
How often do you clean?
Our regular window cleaning is available every 4, 8 or 12 weeks. Just let us know your preference and we will take care of the rest. One-off cleans are available for our other services such as gutters, cladding, conservatory roofs and patios.
How will I know when you are coming?
We'll text you before we come, so there are no surprises. Once the clean is finished we email you an invoice.
How can I pay?
You can pay by cash, cheque, bank transfer or direct debit. Most regular customers set up a direct debit so they never need to think about it.
Do you clean the frames and sills too?
Yes. We always clean the frames, sills and doors as standard, not just the glass.
Do you use ladders?
Rarely. We use the latest water-fed pole and pure water system, which lets us clean windows up to three storeys high from the safety of the ground. It is safer for us and kinder to your property.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Every service comes with our 48 hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with our work, tell us within 48 hours and we will return to clean again.
Are you insured?
Yes, we're fully insured, and our window cleaners are always uniformed, trained and professional.
